PRIMERS  AND PAINTS		Safecoat New Wallboard Primer Coat DESCRIPTION: Safecoat New Wallboard Primecoat HPV is a premium quality, fast curing, flat finish primer specially formulated to provide a superior prime coat over interior surfaces such as new gypsum wallboard and textured sheetrock. It equalizes the absorption rate of topcoat paints over a variety of surfaces with different porosities, and helps to eliminate decorating problems over textured sheetrock and tape joints on wallboard. USE ON: New wallboard and textured sheetrock. May also be used on specialty porous and absorptive materials like Gridcore®, certain ceiling tiles, etc. COVERAGE: One gallon of Safecoat New Wallboard Primecoat HPV covers approximately 300-400 square feet in one coat depending on method of application and surface texture and porosity. PRIMERS  AND PAINTS		Acryllic Metal Primer DESCRIPTION: AFM MetalCoat Acrylic Metal Primer is a thermoplastic acrylic emulsion primer fortified with rust inhibiting pigments. Designed for use on non-ferrous metal, iron, steel, aluminum, galvanized and masonry. It is not recommended for copper. Provides a tough, flexible film, producing outstanding corrosion resistance and excellent adhesion. May be used on interior or exterior, including marine atmospheres. Very low odor and low VOC, it is one of the least toxic metal primers available, formulated without the heavy metals and other hazardous ingredients commonly used. USE ON: Interior and exterior metal surfaces such as steel, galvanized iron and aluminum. May be left as a finish in a three primer coat application. May be recoated with a variety of other finishes, and is an excellent foundation for Safecoat paints, today’s premium not toxic coating. PRIMERS  AND PAINTS		DecKote DESCRIPTION: Safecoat DecKote is a unique waterborne coating for use on dimensionally stable decks including concrete, magnesite, walkways, breezeways and patios. Safecoat DecKote dries to a hard, tough coating yet contains no offensive solvents, fumes or odors. STAINS		DuroStain DESCRIPTION: Safecoat DuroStain is a premium quality, fast curing flat finish semi-transparent stain for interior and exterior surfaces. It promotes penetration of porous surfaces and has high adhesion for superior protection as a decorative colorant. It contains no aniline dyestuffs, no gilsonite or asphalt, no aromatic solvents and no formaldehyde. USE ON: Safecoat DuroStain is recommended for all wood surfaces. CLEAR FINISHES		AcriGlaze (Gloss and Matte) DESCRIPTION: Safecoat AcriGlaze is a special mixing medium and finish suitable for use even in the display, art and show fields. It is mildew resistant, odorless and dries clear. Ideal for restoring old finishes to their original brilliance, sealing and preserving painted work, faux finishing and as an adhesive for papier mache. Dries clear. USE ON: Clear finish for masonry, brick, plaster, wood, paneling, etc., where a soft low luster finish and sealer is desired. May be used both interior or exterior as a reducer for any type of waterbased paint. Excellent medium for artist colors and universal tints. SPECIALTY COATINGS		DynoSeal Driveway and Asphalt Sealer DESCRIPTION: DynoSeal Driveway/Asphalt Sealer is a low odor elastomeric sealer and topcoating for asphalt surfaces. It helps to reduce the offgassing and offensive smells generated by new asphalt, while preserving and renewing existing asphalt surfaces. USE ON: DynoSeal Driveway/Asphalt Sealer can be used on unsealed or previously sealed asphalt surfaces. It can also be mixed with sand to make an asphalt driveway patch for small areas. COVERAGE: One gallon of DynoSeal Driveway/Asphalt Sealer covers approximately 100-600 square feet per gallon depending on dilution and surface condition (porosity). SPECIALTY COATINGS		DynoFlex Natural Tan DESCRIPTION: Safecoat DynoFlex is a unique, water based, low odor elastomeric sealer that comes in a paste-like compound for sealing seams, joints and cracks in new and old heating and air conditioning ducts, and for repairing metal roofs and asphalt shingles. Also comes in a sprayable form that can be used over Safecoat DynoSeal as a topcoat for roofs and decks. Safecoat DynoFlex is highly resistant to harsh weather and temperature changes. It remains flexible and prevents leaks even after exposure to the elements or contraction due to weather It is resistant to gasoline, oil, grease, fungi, acids, alkalines and flame spread. Safecoat DynoFlex is also a superb sound deadener. USE ON: Safecoat DynoFlex is recommended for new and old heating and air conditioning ducts, metal roof cracks, damaged asphalt shingles, mobile home roofs and similar areas. AFM NATURALS		Clear Penetrating Oil DESCRIPTION: AFM Naturals Clear Penetrating Oil is an organic plant-based premium penetrating oil for new and old unfinished woods. Excellent on wood fencing, timberwork, furniture, decking, paneling and trim, it rejuvenates, weatherproofs and enhances the innate beauty of wood surfaces. Reduces peeling, blistering, cracking and improves dimensional stability. INGREDIENTS: 100% organic flax, linseed, hemp and soybean oils, isoaliphate, cobalt-free and lead-free driers. Contains no aromatic hydrocarbons, mildewcides, fungicides or preservatives. Non-photochemically reactive.  COVERAGE: Coverage will vary depending upon the type, age, and porosity of the wood and on the number of coats applied. Test patches will provide a good indication of likely coverage. In general, when applied in wet-on-wet coats to weathered wood, one gallon will cover from 125 square feet to 250 square feet; on new, relatively non- porous wood, from 250 - 450+ square feet. If necessary or desired, AFM Naturals Penetrating Oil may be thinned with AFM Naturals Diluent/Reducer No.4099. AFM NATURALS		Diluent/Reducer 4099 DESCRIPTION: AFM Naturals? Diluent/Reducer is specially formulated to be used as a diluent and reducer for all AFM Naturals? plant-based oil products, as necessary for the particular application. It is designed to reduce the solids content of the primary coating to promote penetration and leveling. It is also a very suitable clean-up medium for oil-coated tools. INGREDIENTS: Unlike other products used for similar purposes, AFM Naturals? Diluent/Reducer is benzene free and contains no aromatic compounds. Its primary component is a unique cosmetic and food processing grade aliphatic solvent, highly refined to reduce offgassing and toxicity. Non-Flammable. AFM NATURALS		Oil Wax Finish DESCRIPTION: AFM Naturals Oil Wax Finish is an organic plant-based premium hardener and sealer for unfinished woods. It is an ideal choice for all ready to finish wood, bamboo and cork floors and other interior wooden surfaces including children’s furniture and toys. It contains a sophisticated combination of natural resins and waxes that together create a durable, water repellent, water-mark resistant finish and sealer, enhancing and maintaining wood beauty and breathability. INGREDIENTS: Based on natural vegetable oils, waxes, and plant extractives, this product is free of lead, cobalt and citrus drying compounds. Ingredients: Polymerized Linseed Oil, Organic Safflower Oil, China Wood Oil, Sunflower Oil, Carnauba Wax, Microcrystalline Wax, Modified Soybean Oil, Hemp Oil, Carboxylate Metallic Salts of Calcium Mangenese & Zirconium. Contains no biocides or harmful preservatives. COVERAGE: Coverage will vary depending upon the type, age, and porosity of the wood and on the number of coats applied. SEALERS		Lock-In Wood Sanding Sealer DESCRIPTION: Safecoat Lock-In Wood Sanding Sealer is a unique, fast drying, sandable sealer especially formulated to reduce raising of the grain on raw wood when waterbased finish products are applied. Safecoat Lock-In also helps to prevent bleed through of naturally occurring oils, tannins, turps and resins in wood. This is especially important for appearance and for those with sensitivities to such bleed thru materials. USE ON: New wood. Two coats of Safecoat Lock-In should be used on porous wood, especially tannin-ladin cedar and redwood. SEALERS		MexeSeal DESCRIPTION: Safecoat MexeSeal is a low odor, waterbased, medium gloss clear sealer. It is suitable for use on porous interior tile or masonry surfaces where oil and water repellency are desired. It is ideal for long term protection against food, oil and water stains on residential or commercial floors. Safecoat MexeSeal is non-hazardous and non-flammable - a total replacement for high solvent content systems. USE ON: Safecoat MexeSeal is recommended on substrates such as the following; unpolished marble, limestone, granite, sandstone, slate, fireclay (brick, tile, terra cotta, pavers), concrete (brick, tile, precast panels, cast in place). Always test in small, inconspicuous places before full application. Safecoat MexeSeal is generally not suited for polished surfaces; test first. Not recommended for use on modern satillo or quarry tiles without special care.  Satillo or quarry tiles generally contain salts and other contaminants sensitive to application of water based products.  White efflorescence flushing may occur. It may be necessary to repeatedly remove contamnination and repeat MexeSeal application until all contaminants are extracted. SEALERS		Penetrating WaterStop DESCRIPTION: Safecoat Penetrating WaterStop improves water resistance and repellancy in a wide variety of surfaces, including brick walls, concrete foundations, stucco, stone and most unglazed tile. Because Safecoat Penetrating WaterStop is not toxic and low odor, it is ideal for use indoors instead of a typical high solvent content sealer; yet, it is durable enough for use outdoors. It is partiuclarly useful as a perioduc maintenance coat for surfaces originally treated with Safecoat WaterShield. USE ON: Safecoat Penetrating WaterStop is recommended for porous brick, mexican pavers, concrete block, concrete and stucco. It can also be used over wood to increase water repellency and reduce water absorption. COVERAGE: Most surfaces, 200-300 square feet per gallon. Natural limestone, 300-500 square feet per gallon. SEALERS		Safe Seal DESCRIPTION: Safecoat Safe Seal is a multi-use, waterbased, low gloss sealer for highly porous surfaces such as particle board, plywood, processed wood and porous concrete. Used primarily to reduce toxic outgassing: in particular, it is highly effective at sealing in formaldehyde outgassing from processed wood such as plywood, particle board and pressed wood. Safecoat Safe Seal is virtually odorless on application and odorless once cured. USE  ON: Porous surfaces such as processed wood products, concrete, wood, new drywall, grout and plaster. If used as a grout sealer, wipe excess off tile with a damp cloth or sponge while still wet. Test surfaces first in inconspicuous areas to be sure product absorbs into surfaces completely. Excellent at controlling formaldehyde emissions of open faced and faced fiberglass batt insulation - simply fog spray surfaces.  Safecoat Safe Seal improves the adhesion and bonding power of adhesives and coatings applied to treated surfaces. Apply a thin coat to the slab and bottom of the tile, for example, before laying adhesive (in this application no cure period is necessary; the adhesive may be applied while the Safe Seal is still tacky). SEALERS		Hard Seal DESCRIPTION: Safecoat Hard Seal is a multi-use, clear gloss sealer especially formulated to provide mar resistance to both low and high porosity surfaces. Because it forms a continuous membrane when applied properly it is particularly effective at sealing in any pollution or toxic chemical compounds outgassing from the surface to which it is applied. USE ON: Typically used on previously uncoated and unsealed woodwork, cabinetry, vinyl or porous tile. To prevent outgassing of previously coated surfaces, can also be applied over existing paints, stain and colorfast wallpaper. When applying to a previously coated surface test in inconspicuous places for satisfactory appearance. Correct application will slightly deepen color of existing surface. SEALERS		Water Shield DESCRIPTION: Safecoat WaterShield is a clear, versatile, controlled penetration water repelling sealer which provides an invisible barrier against water and resists oils, grease and similar liquids. It is fast drying, has excellent adhesion, and is easy to apply. In addition to sealing and providing a protective barrier against water migration, it helps to harden, dust proof and control efflorescence in masonry surfaces. It is not toxic, non-flammable, lead and formaldehyde free and does not contain surface contaminating silicones, making it a desirable coating for interior or exterior use. May be used on painted surfaces and may be painted over when dry. Dries clear and does not discolor. USE ON: Porous cementitious materials such as concrete, stucco, brick, block, terrazzo and unglazed tile. Also excellent as a wood sealer. SEALERS		Grout Sealer DESCRIPTION: Safecoat Grout Sealer is a clear, moisture resistant sealer for porous tile grout and other cementitious surfaces. It actually reacts with and becomes a part of the grout, increasing water resistance and minimizing the penetration of liquids, helping to prevent staining and giving a wearable, washable surface. Like all Safecoat products, it is as safe and not toxic as possible, formaldehyde free and virtually odorless, giving off no offensive chemical fumes. Dries clear without discoloration. USE ON: Unsealed tile grout. May also be effective on a variety of other porous cementitious surfaces (test first).
