RETURN POLICY FOR AFM

  • No returns on open containers or tinted porducts.
  • Seven (7) day return on regular merchandise at customer's expense.
  • Must contact dealer by phone prior to shipment. 

 

RETURN POLICY FOR IQAIR

  • (never has happened)
  • Thirty (30) day return at customer's expense
  • Must contact dealer by phone prior to shipment.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR MATTRESSES

  • If you are not pleased with our product, contact dealer ASAP within ten (10) days.
  • We offer a comfort exchange on our mattresses.  We will exchange the same product at a different firmness.  Customer must pay price difference. 
  • Condition of returned product must be perfect and in original packaging.
  • All shipping is at customer's expense.
  • WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEM DUE TO ALLERGIC REATIONS. 
  • WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO ORDER A TESTKIT IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES OR CHEMICAL SENSITIVITIES.

  • Seven (7) day return of unopened product at customer's expense.
  • Must contact dealer prior to shipment. 

     

RETURN POLICY FOR FLOORING

  • No returns on special order flooring.
